Alessandro Pautasso, also known as Kaneda, is a photographer, graphic designer, and illustrator based in Turin, Italy. 

Like Lukas Dvorak this DKNY campaign has used New York's Skyline as the Background. Which is obviously fitting for DKNY, but also like it as a photography style. 

I love this new artist- Just what you need to start the year!

I love tattoo art and design. Japanese art inspired tattoo art is especially interesting and beautiful. 
Its strange that centuries ago Japan's authorities would mark criminals with tattoos to distinguish them from the rest of the population, yet tattooing these days is fashionable. These men that were marked were usually discriminated against so tended to stick together, eventually forming organised Mafia style gangs now known as 'yakuza'. Tattoos were worn proudly as symbols of status and dedication, wives and girlfriends of family members often undergoing extensive tattooing, which can be seen in the above picture. 

I love the picture above. The Japanese flowers are interesting and pretty and are great for tattoo design, they are so colourful and eye catching although the above picture is black and white. 

These are a selection of photographs that were taken by Rosanna Carroll for a Japanese clothing Line. I modelled the line for her. I love how the clothing contrasts with the background.

This Is one of my favourite photographs I have taken. Its of of Brooklyn Bridge - New York. It was taken last September on my first trip to America. I can't wait to revisit ! 

I love photography by Lukas Dvorak, I particularly like these two and how he has managed to capture some different but equally as exciting shots incorporating city skylines in the background. I think its spectacular that although using such busy and interesting backgrounds, the models still manage to stand out.

This piece of artwork is by Minjae Lee. I like his individuality, and how he contrasts the innocence, beauty and fragility of the  girl with strong markings and bold bright colours.

Mila Kunis is following in her Black Swan co stars footsteps after being chosen to be the new face of Dior. Natalie Portman's campaign for the fragrance Miss Dior Cherie has been a huge success since it was launched it earlier this year. 
This softly-lit campaign for the label's spring 2012 collection, has Mila Kunis photographed with the new Miss Dior handbag. I think that this campaign has some really elegant shots.
